The Kapalua Resort recently bolstered its guest amenities with the opening of the Kapalua Spa. This beautiful new 30,000 square foot facility is set on over 5 acres within the heart of the Kapalua Resort. The spa takes advantage of its spectacular setting by providing guests with great ocean views. The healing power of the ocean and salt water play a central role in the treatments offered at the spa. The spa also offers a number of treatments with locally sourced products.
The Kapalua Spa includes 19 treatment rooms, including 10 outdoor hale (bungalows), 3 private stone soaking tubs and dual treatment space for couples. At Kapalua Spa guests can take advantage of sauna, steam room, whirlpool and a cold rain shower in each of the men’s and women’s relaxation lounges. Additional guest facilities include a beauty salon, spacious movement studio, the island’s only spa-dedicated saline lap pool and sunning deck as well as fitness facilities with state-of-the-art cardio, strength and full-range-of-motion Kinesis Circuit System. There is also a juice bar and a spa boutique.
The Kapalua Spa is the latest of many new amenities and upgrades at the Kapalua Resort. Other recent changes include the extensive renovations of the Ritz-Carton, the construction of the Ritz-Carlton Club and residences and the Kapalua Adventure Center. These upgrades augment the Kapalua Resort’s existing world class golf courses, top ranked beaches, high end restaurants and other resort amenities.
