This community is something of a rarity on Maui. Kulamalu Hilltop combines the security and privacy of gated access with the convenience of walkability. No, this isn’t urban living, but you can still walk to the Farmer’s market and a variety of dining options within minutes. Combine the above with big views and you can see the appeal of the community.
Neighborhood Overview
Kulamalu Hilltop is a small, gated, 12 lot subdivision. It is one of only two gated subdivisions in Pukalani. This Upcountry neighborhood consists of a single street terminating in a cul de sac. One side of the street, the makai or ocean side, has huge bicoastal ocean views. Homes on that side of the street are restricted to a single level. The other side of the Ohia Lehua Street allows for two story homes. Some of those homes will have ocean views from the second floor due to elevation and orientation. Lot sizes range roughly 9,500 square feet to 12,500 square feet.
