The Maui News reported yesterday that the Maui County Council has granted preliminary approval to Henry Spencer’s New Development in Spreckelsville. The 16 lot subdivision will be situated on 15 acres with 3 acres of open space and a one acre private park. The council has given approval to community plan ammendments and zoning changes necessary for the development to move forward. In return for these changes, the council stipulated that a few restrictions be put in place n the development. The new development will not allow vacation rentals, it will not allow further subdivision of any of the lots and ohana or cottage structures will be prohibited. Billy and I will continue to monitor the subdivision process and the pending sales process for the Spencer Spreckelsville development. For additional information Contact us today.
