The Ridge at Wailea is the resort’s smallest and newest subdivision. Consisting of just nine total lots, it first came to market in 2014, but did not see significant market activity until 2019. Once overlooked by the market, luxury buyers grew to appreciate the neighborhood’s smaller size, substantial views, and generous lot sizes.
