- Kanani consists of 38 residences spread over approximately 8.4 acres.
- The developer offered a variety of floor plans. The most common floor plans are two story with either 3 beds and 2 1/2 baths or 3 beds and 3 baths. The two story floor plans range between 1,984 and 2,369 square feet of living space.
