Lahaina Roads and The Lahaina Fire
Lahaina Roads was in the area impacted by the Lahaina Fire, but it was not destroyed. It was reopened after repairs and renovation in June 2025.
Located in Old Lahaina town on the quieter North end of Front Street, the Lahaina Roads Condos offer easy access to award-winning restaurants, Lahaina Cannery Mall, and the locally beloved Puu Noa (Baby) Beach. The biggest draw to this development is the views. All of the condos have big unobstructed views of the ocean, sailboats moored off of Mala Wharf, and the neighboring islands of Lanai and Molokai.

This condo development includes 42 total units. One bedroom, one bath floor plans include 640 square feet of interior living space. The two bedroom, one bath units have 758 square feet of interior living space. There are three larger penthouse units with two beds, two baths, and almost 1,300 square feet of interior living space and massive lanai areas.
Lahaina Roads is an apartment-zoned condo on the Minatoya List that allowed for short-term rental use. Under the recently passed Bill 9, short-term rentals will be phased out by January 1, 2029. The new law is facing court challenges.
