Maluhia at Wailea is the only option if you want a single-family home and beachfront living within the Wailea Resort. This small residential community consists of only 14 residences, 5 of which are beachfront and 9 of which are located off the beach. The beachfront residences are located on about an acre of land. The non-oceanfront homes come with about half an acre of land. All of the residences in the community have beach access.
The gated community is well designed with protected view corridors for each residence. The Maluhia Beach Club, a beachfront clubhouse for residents, is a beautiful pavilion that offers a meeting space, catering kitchen, and storage for beach toys.
