Aina O Ka Hale Pili is located on the Makai or Ocean side of Hana Highway in Haiku. The neighborhood of 21 lots with agricultural zoning was originally developed in the mid 1990s. The subdivision includes a number of oceanfront properties located on the cliffs of Uaoa Bay. The vistas looking down into the bay and across the vast expanse of the Pacific are stunning. With acreage, underground utilities, and ocean views, it is not surprising to see that the neighborhood has a number of substantial homes. Most homes in the area were built in the late 90s or early 2000s. However, a few homes were completed more recently. Prices in the neighborhood range from roughly $1,500,000 to over $4,000,000 for homes on the ocean.
